Such information will only be used to provide you with support services and will not be connected with any other information collected from you on or through the Software and Services, including, any individual User ID (as defined below) generated or collected by us. When you use the Software and Services, we automatically generate an anonymous internal user ID (which does not personally identify you), which is assigned to your use of the Software and Services (the "User ID") and may be combined with any of the above information.

Certain technical information regarding your device, and your use of the Software and Services and other third party software and applications installed on your device (the “Other Software”), including the type, name and version of operating system and Other Software including, without limitation: (i) their interactions with the Software and Services, your configuration and settings of the Software and Services, version of the Software and Services; (ii)ISP (Internet Service Provider), Internet protocol (IP) address, Media Access Control (MAC) address,anonymous user identifiers, device configuration and identifiers; (iii)Advertising ID (Identifier for Advertisers used in Android, such as Google advertising ID (GAID)); (iv) location.

Google Health Connect Integration

Our App integrates with Google Health Connect to provide you with comprehensive health insights by reading your health and fitness data with your explicit permission.

  • We use Health Connect data solely to display personalized health insights within the App
  • Data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database for offline access
  • We do NOT share Health Connect data with any third parties
  • We do NOT use Health Connect data for advertising purposes
  • We do NOT sell Health Connect data

Data Storage and Retention

  • Health Connect data is stored in a secure, encrypted local database on your device
  • Data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
  • When you uninstall the App, locally stored Health Connect data is deleted
  • You can clear Health Connect data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings

Your Control Over Health Connect Data

You maintain full control over your Health Connect data:

  1. Grant Permissions: You choose which data types to share when first using Health Connect features
  2. Revoke Permissions: You can revoke access at any time through:
    • Device Settings → Apps → Health Connect → App Permissions
    • Or within our App's settings
  3. When Access is Revoked: We immediately stop reading new data from Health Connect. Previously synced local data remains until you clear the App's data.

The health insights derived from Health Connect data are for informational and general wellness purposes only. They are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

How we use personal data

We use the data we collect to provide you with rich, interactive experiences. Typical purposes for which we use data to:

We use data to operate our products and provide you with rich, interactive experiences.

II. Product Improvements

We use data to continually improve our products, including adding new features or capabilities. For example, we use error reports to improve security features, search queries and clicks in Bing to improve the relevancy of the search results, usage data to determine what new features to prioritize, and voice data to develop and improve speech recognition accuracy.

We process data to comply with law. For example, we use the age of our customers to assist us in meeting our obligations to protect children’s privacy. We also process contact information and credentials to help customers exercise their data protection rights.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We may make third party applications, such as extensions, available through the Services. The information collected by us when you enable a third party application is processed under this Privacy Policy. Information collected by the third party application provider is governed by their privacy policies.

We promise to keep your personal information confidential. Except for the scenarios stipulated in this policy, we only share your necessary information with third parties in the following situations:

I. Have obtained your explicit consent or authorization;

II. When it is required to be provided in response to instructions from state agencies, authority, or administrative or judicial requirements;

Important: We do NOT share Health Connect data with any third parties, including advertising partners.

In order to provide you with more complete and high-quality products and services, we may share some of your personal information with our partners. Please note that we will only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes. At the same time, we require third parties to deal with shared information with confidentiality and security measures no less than those required by this policy. Once we discover any violation of dealing with the personal information, we will terminate the partnership immediately and pursue legal responsibility.

How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

All confidential data stored in your device and transmitted to our cloud services is encrypted and has restricted access to the corresponding usage. Health Connect data is stored exclusively on your device in an encrypted local database and is never transmitted to external servers.

Change of Control: If we sell or otherwise transfer part of the whole of products or our assets to another organizations, data received from or about our users may be among the items sold or transferred. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy. Note: Health Connect data, being stored only locally on your device, would not be part of any such transfer.

Your Rights and Options

Under applicable laws of your jurisdiction, you may have one or more of the rights to your personal information. These rights may include:

I. Device permissions: You may revoke any permissions you have granted to our product before.

II. Health Connect permissions: You can manage Health Connect data access at any time through your device's Health Connect settings or our App settings.

III. Delete: We support account data deletion. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at our support email.

IV. Data Portability: You have the right to request a copy of your personal data in a commonly used format.

Our apps and its related services, content, and features (collectively, the "Service") are designed for general wellness, informational, and self-management purposes only. The Service is NOT a medical device as defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body. It is not intended to be used, and must not be used, for any medical or clinical purpose.

Not a Medical Device

The Apps and Services are explicitly not designed, intended, or approved for:

  • Diagnosing, curing, mitigating, treating, or preventing any disease, disorder, or health condition.
  • Monitoring specific physiological or pathological states.
  • Providing therapy or intervention intended to modify the structure or function of the body.
  • Serving as a substitute for clinical judgment or professional medical care.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Your use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other healthcare professional-patient relationship between you and us or any of its affiliates.

User Responsibility and Confirmation

Health information is inherently personal and variable; the Service may not be appropriate for your specific circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, wrongful death, loss of revenue, data loss, or damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any information provided by the Service.
  • Any decisions or actions taken by you based on the Service’s content.
  • Any failure to seek appropriate professional medical advice.

Health Data & Wellness Purpose

The health and wellness data you choose to input, sync with the App, or access via Health Connect (e.g., activity, sleep, nutrition logs, heart rate variability, blood pressure, etc.) is used solely to provide you with general wellness insights and self-management tools.

Important: Our App is not a medical device. The data and insights we provide are for informational and self-education purposes only and are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition. We do not provide medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

Children’s Policy

We ensure that we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are in the EEA, our Software and Services is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without his/her consent, he or she should promptly contact us and we take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our files.
